Completed OWLs Part 2

Another batch of OWL projects today! We're looking at Charms, Defense Against the Dark Arts, Divination, and Herbology today, and they are a wow inducing set of projects.

Charms

scoutharps knit a lace circular shawl that took more than 1000 yards. I cannot express how impressed I am with it.

spike knit a triangular shape lace shawl that took 1,200 yards of yarn to finish. Plus it's black, always difficult to knit with but with an impressive result.

Defense Against the Dark Arts

zillalatte has finished knitting a bunch of garter stitch to end up with a Dr. Who scarf. Totally worth it for any fan, even if it's not the most interesting knit ever.

Divination

cindiknits has three projects for her OWL after a tea leaf reading, a rainbow Leftie, a pair of fingerless gloves, and a pair of felted slippers. They all turned out wonderfully!

Herbology

fluffyk knit a complicated cabled cardigan for herself with 1500 yards of a gorgeous tonal yarn.

msnicci finished knitting her largest project ever, a lacy purple cardigan for herself. It looks fantastic!

pennyia used 1220 yards of yarn to create a complexly cabled sweater for herself and threw in a hat for charity to boot! I love the cables and the honeycomb pattern, it all turned out amazing.

That's all we have for today! See you next time to look at more OWLs from Gryffindor students.
